Did you read the first answer given? "it looks like you are displaying some sort of a report. I would suggest you use Crystal Reports or SSRS. They have built in facilities to export to other formats." You can add a report myReport.rdlc to your project. Lay out the report to your needs and then fill the data in your app. View the report on line of just render the report out to a file.
