Follow the steps

   - Let Form1 have one label named "Label1"
   - Set the access modifier of Label1 to *public.*
   - In Form2, make an object of Form1 as Form1 obj =new Form1;
   - And you can access the label by writing following line,  *
   obj.Label1.Text="Hi";*
