Hi Graham,
Where did you associate the XsltArgumentList with the
XslCompiledTransform object ? At present your XSLT is running without
a parameter being supplied therefore the output is empty.
Use the overload which takes the XsltArgumentList as a parameter:

oXSL.Transform("findProject.xsl", oXslArg,
XmlWriter.Create("projects.xml"))
