Can't u use counter as an application variable and increment/decrement it at session start and session end. And use this variable to restrict the number of users at any given time.

i am creating a site. i want to only fixed amount of user can acess that at
a time. if any user logout or closed the browser within that specific
ammount of user then next can access that site so can i destroy the session
before the session out time after the closing browser . plz if any body have
the idea send me plz.
