Hello, If you want to get a real Linux installation that you can then tweak as you need (especially for your language), the best thing to do in my opinion is to perform an installation of the development version from a minimal Debian installation, as explained on our blog: http://blog.doudoulinux.org/post/2012/02/28/Using-Debian-to-install-DoudouLinux Note that the instructions may be a bit obsolete.
