Hello, I'm glad to announce that I've started to upload the alpha version of DDL 2.0, please visit our dailybuild section [1]. I'm not considering building it in 40 languages, only the most downloaded ones plus few other ones like Burmese. This alpha hasn't translations up to date, you'll have to wait for the beta version. The purpose of the alpha release is to let you check the remaining issues have been fixed, which I believe :).
[1] http://download.doudoulinux.org/dailybuild/realtime.php The main changes are the following: * Fixed path of translation files for KDE apps. * Fixed installer not using the boot options of the livecd (nomodeset issue). * Fixed adblock and popup blocking not activated by default in the web browser. * Fixed fullscreen not activated in chidsplay/pysycache sessions. * Fixed issue with liveusb-write crashing after ISO file selection. * Reduced installer window size for small screens (still requires 800x600 though). * Installer can now install onto disks between 3 and 4 GB (EeePC). The beta version should start to be built by the end of next week (the 24-25th) depending on documentation progress. Indeed I'd like to include a PDF documentation that is up to date at least for the languages for which the website is currently being updated. We may need to delay the beta version if updating the English section takes too much time. Note for Elisa: the beta will be the latest opportunity to include new graphics for DDL 2.0.
