Download pages are now registered. I noticed the Viet one doesn't have the 
download box at all, probably a piece of code missing in page source text.

While waiting for an official release for th and vi, I suggest you slightly 
modify the page text in order to tell people where to download the daily builds 
available for these languages (on top of pages).

I think I discarded these download pages because their text is really obsolete. 
You can check for Italian for example, from within Spip.
