Is there a place to store unofficial patches to ManageSieve?
The attached patch is supposed to make ManageSieve (more precisely,
managesieve-login) co-operate with a libwrapped
(http://www.dovecot.org/patches/1.1/tcp-wrappers.patch) dovecot.
