Oh, so my potential fix didn't fix this after all. It's an annoying bug which happens when login process reaches login_max_connections. So instead of > login_processes_count: 10 > login_max_processes_count: 256 rather keep the login_processes_count small, like the number of CPUs you have or maybe +1 more. And rather increase the login_max_connections.
