Actually, you may use Dovecot with any existing courier-Mailserver-GUI. E.g., there is Postfixadmin: http://postfixadmin.sourceforge.net/You "only" have to setup Dovecot to use the SQL-schemes defined by the GUI, which is actually not too hard.
