Timo, would you consider adding support for "IMAP LIST Extension for Special-Use Mailboxes" <http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc6154.txt> any time near in the future?
I would really love to get rid of all those folders created by all those different mail clients just because they can't agree to use the same folder for special purpose. Obviously clients need to support it too.
