Never mind about this, further reading on their Glacier storage reveals it isn't suited to email storage, but could definitely be used with Dovecots new 'Archive' feature for *permanent* email archival...
So, the question is would the OSP support this? Mirroring/storing live email to the standard S3 filesystem, and storing permanent email archives to the Glacier system (maybe on some kind of scheduled nightly or weekly basis)?
