Dovecot is configured to use /var/run/dovecot/auth-userdb whereas your LDA
uses /usr/local/dovecot/var/run/dovecot/auth-userdb . You do not have
symlinks to merge both locations, do you?
Check, why the Dovecot LDA is using another config file.
