use this sql command: 

GRANT SELECT ON vmail TO ‘vmail’@‘127.0.0.1’ IDENTIFIED BY 
PASSWORD(‘yourpassword’);

or if you just want to see the hash:

SELECT PASSWORD(‘yourpassword’);
