Sorry for a bit delayed reply. For some reason some of dovecot mail list messages are not reaching my inbox :( Indeed, I can confirm that your patch works as expected: meaning strips out just the message body. So yes, in my report I supposed to say: message bodies of affected messages are being ignored completely. Sorry for confusion and thanks again for such a useful patch!
