I normally just make a link to the file and copy the link to where I want to 
access the main page from.

Is there a way to separate the index.html file from the directory it is in and 
rename it? I have about 225 items (directories and files) generated by Doxygen 
along with the index.html file. It is a pain to find the index.html file in the 
browser.
