[UI] Missing adapter for FollowModeInformationTreeElement
The TreeElement for awareness information in the adapter factory is
listed twice.
The subclass FollowModeInformationTreeElement on the other hand is
not but should be adaptable too.
This seems to be a copy / paste mistake. Changed the entry from
AwarenessInformationTreeElement to FollowModeInformationTreeElement.
