[BUILD] Make Widget Gallery compilable again
The MANIFEST.MF still referenced de.fu_berlin.inf.dpp.nebula.
The "dpp" infix was removed in commit 0210c06.
The AllWizardsDemo.java referenced two methods which were removed in
commit c5936ed.
