[NOP] Delete obsolete launch configuration files
Since 2a48c37 all Saros instances use the same account store, which made
it cumbersome to start multiple instances on one machine since they were
all retrieving the same "active account".
Only the STF launch configurations worked since they did not store the
account data on the harddrive, but in memory only.
The major drawback: Manual local tests were still cumbersome since you
had to enter the account configuration for each test run. Since 09d61df
the STFController uses a workspace-local config file, so using the STF
launch configurations can be used as before 2a48c37.
This patch deletes the obsolete launch configuration files that would
start Saros in non-STF-mode, so they use the same global account store.
