[NOP][E] Make Eclipse launch configurations more robust
For using one of the four launch configurations successfully, the Saros
project
(or a resource within) needed to be selected.
Otherwise some error message with "Variable references empty selection
${project_loc}" appeared or an AccessControlException occurred.
Now, instead of "${project_loc}", the variable "${workspace_loc:Saros}" is
used
which can always be evaluated.
