    [INTERNAL] Introduce Grunt as Javascript build tool
    
    Grunt (http://gruntjs.com/) is now used as Javascript build tool.
    A README.txt was added to provide information about installation
    and usage of Grunt.
    
    The directory for storing the node modules is added to .gitignore.
