[INTERNAL][HTML] Updated swt-browser-improved.jar
The new version contains multiple fixes:
* The internal thread pool executor has variable size
* SWT-Bug on GNU/Linux is no longer triggered
* Browser functions can be disposed, which led to a change of the browser
interface
