[REFACTOR][HTML] Let PicoContainer instantiate Browserfunctions
As the browser function classes have no reference to the browser anymore,
they can be instantiated directly by PicoContainer.
Previously, only their dependencies were injected by PicoContainer after
the manual creation of the classes.

[API][HTML] DialogManager uses resource paths for identification
The original motivation for this refactoring was to avoid cyclic
dependencies in PicoContainer between BrowserPages and BrowserFunctions.
As BrowserFunctions do not need to know the whole BrowserPage
implementation,
only an ID, the DialogManager was changed to reflect that.
The Eclipse implementation already used those resource paths as IDs
internally.
