[HTML|BUILD] Exclude unnecessary files from ui.frontend build
Only files necessary for the running application are included
in the build artefact of the ui.frontend package.
Since the node_modules/ folder is excluded from the build now,
the external CSS files (bootstrap.css and bootstrap-theme.css)
are now included in the css directory.
