[REFACTOR] pull up ISarosSessionManager in PN/SN
Before we moved Project/SessionNegotiation into, we had to pull down the
ISarosSessionManager. He had eclipse dependencies at this moment.
The ISarosSessionManager is in the core now, so he can go back.
