Anyone using a recent version of the MSDN or Visual Studio help will notice the new, more complete web browser interface.
ms-help:// urls are now recognized in IE (outside of the MSDN help window!) and will open a specified MSDN page. I've modified search.htm to add ms-help:// urls in the direct() function, which becomes more and more useful the more I use it.
