Hi John,

I don't care for this.  I think we should use the
category information in the searches?  Also I was
thinking we could add a new xml tag for language and
so the search can specify which language(s) it caters
to.  Then your optional installer could use the xml
language tag as well instead of having to list out
each file individually.
