I think that's a knock-off of the google search toolbar that's located in the toolbar area of IE, not in the system taskbar. I have both installed. I also wrote a DQSD search that uses the beta Google keyboard-shortcut enabled search results, but didn't upload it to DQSD because it's not an "official" Google search yet.
