These two seem to be identical - we should scrap either of them. Anyone have a favorite?
Since "httpd" is the name of the apache engine (and thus probably a
misnomer for a search that determines what server is actually
running), I think we ought to keep the other one - nwtsr (iirc).
I'm naturally a bit partial to httpd--easier to remember IMO, was in there first, and was mine, heh.
As to httpd--It just so happens that apache was first and is generally dubbed httpd is just coincidental or even only standard practice I think (e.g. it's renamed "apache" on Debian to avoid that) . Any http daemon/server could be termed httpd. Though, I won't feel too horrible if we decide to trash it.
I reimplemented/up-ported my mouse-wheel, history scrolling code back into the current version of DQSD (I accidentally updated my local cvs repo and overwrote it last time--oops).
Also implemented a minor drag-drop config option for the current (IMO awkward) auto-google searching behavior, Reverses the Shift+DragDrop behavior when changed. By default DQSD currently searches google on drop. Possibly too tiny of a feature to matter enough for the extra bits of config file bloat. What do you think?
Have a search for riaaradar.com too--riaa.xml which I'm planning on checking in as well.
Not sure if these should go into 1.3.8 but the mouse bit really isn't too big of a change, couple lines.
Once I get a current version of CVS running on this computer and somebody seconds my ideas with the new version I'll check it all in.
