I can try and force the uninstaller to prompt to reboot.  Should I?
Did it handle leaving/deleting local files properly?

Thank you!  The changes have been pretty major recently I'm not sure
3.1.8.0 shouldn't have been 4.0.  But what do I know?  Here's my vote...
Didn't we say to hold a couple of big changes to post 3.1.8.0?
Basically if the next round contains big changes, I vote for either 4.0
or 3.2.  If then next round is minor stuff, I vote 3.1.9.  Just my
$0.02.
