I can try and force the uninstaller to prompt to reboot. Should I? The changes have been pretty major recently I'm not sure 3.1.8.0 shouldn't have been 4.0. But what do I know? Here's my vote... Didn't we say to hold a couple of big changes to post 3.1.8.0?
