This allowed it to install, but now it fails during initialization
with a dqsdtools.launcher could not be loaded...something or other.

I don't either, but I'd like to have one working 100% on W98 before
I ask Dennis to try it again. I think it's probably a local problem,
but without ensuring it works fine on other systems before asking
him to test in his environment.
