Summary: StartupErr-Problem initializing adv KB

Initial Comment:
When windows comes up (and DQSD), a dialog pops
up stating, "There was a problem intializing the
enhanced keyboard support - some key combinations
and hotkeys may not work (
Error 'DQSDTools.KeyboardHook - Can't install hook')"

Dismiss error and all seems fine.

Seems to be new to 3.1. Exists in 3.1.3 too.

Recently installed official RTM WinXP SP1.

When I boot up a startup error banner comes on the
screen to let me know there was a problem initializing the
enhanced keyboard support and that some key combo's
may not work. The error is "DQSD Tools Keyboard Hook -
Can't Install Hook" This just bagan when I downloaded
version 3.1.3. I uninstalled, reinstalled and still have the
problem. Otherwise I love it. Thanks.
