So I right click and select "Allow Blocked Content". Everything works fine after that. I am just puzzled as to why I don't get that at home, but do get it here.

Hmm... And you did register the DQSDHost.dll?
It should bypass all the InfoBar tomfoolery, but I might've missed something...
