Cool, it appears that ATL 3.0 is shipped as part of the SDK. I had that
confirmed from another MVP as well. Weird that it's not in my SP2 SDK, but
maybe I chose not to install it.

ATL 7.1, however, shipped with VC2003 isn't there, so we should be able to
build using the SDK only, provided that we stay on our toes and not use any
new features (of which the new conversion classes CW2A, etc, are probably
the most useful for us -- we could build our own, however).
