Another project I belong to still had mail sending so I suspected that it was just DQSD - until I reviewed the other projects email settings. They're using the python.org server for mailing lists, and a couple messages came through their list during the outage detailing peoples inability to access SF CVS. So it appears that it was SF problems for both mail and CVS. But it looks like it's resolved now - within the last half hour or so.
So... I've committed my new changes. I think it would be a good idea to build a beta before going live. There were an awful lot of differences since the last build. Regards, Shawn K.
