I thought the general consensus was that we release another 'old' version as
3.1.9.2 to get a bunch of new searches and bugfixes out the door, and then
start working on a release based on the new host.

There are a couple of things I'd like to do with the new host before
release, though, such as add support for custom popup windows, so we don't
get problems with the help window, etc (comx, racetv, et. al come to minde),
but I'm not that good with windowing, so maybe someone else can help out?
