I was able to re-establish connectivity to the dqsd.net server and made
a small change to clear the dqsd-cvs message pending queue
automatically just like we do with the dqsd-users and dqsd-devel queues..
That dqsd-cvs queue was up to almost 200 messages the other day.. all
spam..
Life should be a tiny bit easier..
