Ok, so opened the solution in VS2003 and set the additional include and lib paths to have
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows Server 2003 R2\Include for additional include paths and C:\Program Files\Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows Server 2003 R2\Lib for additional lib paths and it worked. So, is there any way we can generalize the build.cmd file to work without having to edit the vcproj file?
