Actually, it's probably easier if you do it from scratch, yourself...
The steps are well outlined at: http://sourceforge.net/docs/E09/en/#import
After rsync:ing the CVS tree down to your disk, could you also remove:
/My Documents
/Quick Search Deskbar
/dev
/DQSD (rather than dqsd)
/dqsd/events
Those have been accidentally added to the CVS tree, and shouldn't be there.
Otherwise, I think the rest of the stuff might as well be retained.
Let me know if you need any help with the Subversion import at the end...
