Charlie,

One option we could certainly consider is just warning them if they are a 
non-admin, but letting them proceed.  I almost did that last night, but decided 
it would safer to just prevent an install for non-admins.

Kim can probably answer what the problems are with a non-admin install.  I 
don't know.
