Hey Monty,
Can you set the "content-type" of the response to "text/xml"?

Perfect! I just need the first one, but that's exactly what I need.
Since most of the svn commands can return xml data, it might be a good idea
to create a generic page that takes a querystring for the parameters for the
svn command.

http://www.dqsd.net/tools/svnlist/svnlist_raw.pl - returns the data in its
raw format.
http://www.dqsd.net/tools/svnlist/svnlist_escaped.pl - returns the same data
in escaped html
http://www.dqsd.net/tools/svnlist/svnlist_display.pl - returns the web page
in readable form.

Monty,
Do you want this to run automatically?
No, just when I hit a page.
Do you need to keep old versions of the output?
No.
Do you want to be able to initiate this script via a webpage?
Yes.
Do you need to access the output from a webpage?
Yes.
And, the command is:
svn list --xml
https://dqsd.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/dqsd/trunk/dqsd/searches
(not 'log' like I said earlier)
I just want the raw xml output returned from the http request
