Hey all,

I've commited a change to fix a bug which has been slightly annoying me for at
least a couple of years. I also found that Ctrl-Del didn't work as advertised
but Ctrl-D did, and made some related changes. We should probably do another
v4-rc3 release soon.

Hitting Ctrl-Enter should 'fix' a partial URL by prepending 'www.' and
appending '.com'. It did that, but it didn't correctly handle partial URLs with
a path. E.g., entering 'blah.org/path' and hitting Ctrl-Enter should have
changed the search term to 'www.blah.org/path', but the regex didn't find the
'.org' in this case and decided to add '.com', which ended up
'www.blah.org.com/path'. I'm still not sure why the previous regex didn't work.
If someone wants to investigate, feel free.

Well, after ending up with some bogus URLs, I started wishing for a way to
delete individual items from the history, and discovered that Ctrl-D will clear
your entire history, not Ctrl-Del as documented. Sure enough, Ctrl-D clears
your entire history with absolutely no feedback. I modified Ctrl-D to remove
only the current history item, and now Ctrl-Shift-D clears the entire history.
Plus, the both prompt the user before deletion. Again, if someone wants to take
the time to determine why Ctrl-Del wasn't working (if ever?), feel free.

Glenn
