Thanks again for spending the time on this. I had to tweak the header and 
library directories a bit (for definition of "INewWindowManager"), as I don't 
have the platform SDK installed as expected by the project file, but I was also 
able to also confirm that changing that part of the host code allows me to make 
it smaller vertically as well. I've now saved those couple of millimeters off 
my taskbar! Yay! :D
I'll discard my changes when the new version  including yours comes out.
