Summary: Down arrow key and paste no longer work in 4.0 RC2

Initial Comment:
I can no longer use the down arrow key to see previous search entries or use
the CTRL + V key combination to paste search entries from another application.

I rebooted my machine just to make sure that wasn't the issue.

Fixed in current, BUT be sure to COMPLETELY REMOVE the previous version,
or the key handling will fail.

Hello, this seems a dupe of
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1605117&group_id=42081&atid=432066.
You should try what's been tried there. :)
