Use puttygen.exe to generate a public/private key pair and Monty can give you ssh access to Dave's box. Suggestion: Is there any reason to keep hosting this stuff on Dave's box? We can host web pages on sourceforge, and simply provide links to the downloads on SF. Using Dave's box is a bit of a pain, isn't it?
