Hi all,

I've now merged DQSDHost into DQSDTools, and done a load of minor
maintenance work while at it. DQSDTools now uses ATL7-style COM
plumbing, rather than ATL 3 as it was originally written for.

I've also added a separate project and solution for VS2008, called
DQSDTools.vs2008.*, that we use to build DQSD for 64-bit platforms,
from the same code base. Charlie Russel is helping me test it, as we
go.

So, I hope the current state of the codebase is working, there's a lot
less code to keep track of anyway :)

Maybe we should do a developer-only release build, and check that
installing DQSD on a clean machine still works?
