Explorer is a 64-bit application, it can't load a 32-bit DLL. You'll need a 64-bit version of DQSD. Current release is 32-bit only, but we're actively working on getting a 64-bit release out. It will correctly install in \Program Files, and will be 64-bit. Which does mean that it will fire off only a 64-bit browser, by the way. Not the default 32-bit one.
