Summary: Make oncontextmenu/ondblclick event a "preference"

Initial Comment:
Currently right-click or double-click can be chosen as
the even to display the calendar. I believe these user
events can be utilized more by letting them correspond
to 2 different actions. As I've mentioned in my comment
for bug 592008,
(http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?
func=detail&atid=432066&aid=592008&group_id=42081),
 double-click can be used to start the date-time control
panel applet for example.

I believe "calStart" variable can be extended, or a new
variable (to contain user code(?)) can be added so that
current users who have set variable locally are not upset.

Thanks!
