Hmmm. I'll have to look at the current version. We had a _really minimal_ readme with the one I originally worked on, which was done for XP x64. But basically, as I recall, it said "unzip this to a temporary directory on C: and run it. Should also say to run it from an elevated prompt in Vista/Win7. It will then put the files where they need to be, and modify the registry. Then it's the same as with 32-bit, you add the toolbar by right clicking on the taskbar.
