Hi, Been meaning to write the list for a while, the user who recently wrote on the yahoo list asking about the missing tray icons reminded me.
I have seen the disappearing tray icon issue on both my work and home Win2k/IE6 machines. I have the taskbar along the right side of the screen (allows me to see much more text when many windows are open) with the Search Bar at the bottom, next to the tray. When I have missing icons (not every time I boot up, maybe half the time) I can easily get them all back by logging off and logging back on, right after I start up. I suppose that since programs are cached at this point, they can sneak in before encountering any potential DQSD interference. This works on both my machines, and is a fine solution for me until a more permanent fix is discovered. Thanks to all who have continued to develop this awesome tool.
